made Thai curry in a long time, and this looks so good!
I've recently
made Thai curry with beef, instead of chicken, and it was yummy x
I spoon it onto steamed rice, use it to grease the griddle for pancakes and French toast, and sub it for oil whenever
I make a Thai curry or squash soup.
This isn't really a recipe, but I find coconut oil especially delicious when
making a Thai curry - I just sauté meat and vegetables in it, and then add curry paste and coconut milk.
Typically
I make Thai curries with coconut milk, but today I'm featuring Silk's new creamy cashew milk!!
I don't know if Cal can
make Thai curry or evaluate an EKG, but I can vouch for his creativity and direction in graphic production.
