The diagnosis of Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) must have been
made by a veterinary ophthalmologist.
The diagnosis can be
made by a veterinary ophthalmologist using CERF (Canine Eye Registration Foundation) testing of puppies as young as five or six weeks of age.
