The
coconut cream works best and different brands of
coconut milk are known to produce different results when
making whipped coconut cream.

To
make the

cream (leaving the water behind) from the

I've used agar powder / flakes to
make pseudo

coconut milk, or combine some of the water with the
cream to
make a thinner
milk, the consistency of
whipping cream.
At this point the only thing I need canned
