An extraordinary investment has been
made in climate change research producing a growing body of scientific and technological knowledge.

in the face of previous
research and even assertions
made by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on
Climate Change (IPCC).
Those heat extremes, the hottest
in the country's observational record, were likely caused by man -
made climate change, according to a new study accepted for publication
in the journal Geophysical
Research Letters.
His main

I differ too
in that I'm an environmentalist and think generally global warming is a farce and we'd be better to spend the money on stopping pollution of rivers and oceans, buying the amazon, and
researching and finding action plans for when oceans do rise, as they will one day, man
made climate change or not.
