When the husband and I were in the thick of marathon training we almost always
made oatmeal bowls or oatmeal pancakes for post-long run feasts.

I've been
making a version of this

The only
bowl I've
made was one with
oatmeal.
Once you have a jar of
oatmeal mix ready to go, you only need to add the banana and non-dairy milk to
make a fast
bowl of paleo
oatmeal for breakfast.
Just like the original, you can
make and eat this paleo
oatmeal in the same
bowl.
Pumpkin and banana
make the perfect combination in this fluffy

To
make your instant
oatmeal, just mash half of a banana in the bottom of a cereal
bowl, stir in a scoop of the
