I just
made the dressing, but with
Cashew Butter instead of almond and i poured it
on steamed broccoli as a side and it was amazing.
The soaked
cashews make the really lovely creamy constancy so it's hard to advice
on using something else!
I bet these were yummy — I
made something similar (we called them healthy bounty bars) once — mix of dates,
cashew nuts, coconut and chocolate chips) and I think they were what powered me, my boyfriend and my sister
on a gruelling hike in Sardinia in 40 degree weather.

made your vanilla
cashew butter yesterday & yet again it is a divine recipe.

I
made a loose variation
on these (subbing beet pulp and almond flour for the millet) and I used
cashew cream in place of the ricotta & three flax eggs to
make them vegan > not as perfect as the original, but turned out pretty well.
The white chocolate drizzle,
made with cacao butter and
cashews, adds a nice, extra bit of texture to the creamy berry base, but the creamsicles are great
on their own as well, in case you don't want to bother with the drizzle.

cashews soaked for at least 8 hours or overnight 1/2 cup of tinned coconut milk —

weird, today i was thinking of
making cashew milk, found a recipe
on Joy's website, couldn't use it cause it called for 8 - 12 hrs soaking (but totally will another time) and here you go posting this quick fix 1 hr soak.
Cashews are by far my favorite right now to
make cheesecakes out of and this
Cashew Cream Cheesecake is
on top of an easy date and almond crust (no butter!).
Im so going to
make these as soon as I have time, and more

I have
made this for my family two times in two weeks and my husband (who is usually a critic

I had been
on quite the Ethiopian food kick
making recipes from the phenomenal Teff Love cookbook, which included an interesting soft fresh «cheese»
made from
cashews and soy milk, called ayib (as expected, the traditional recipe is not vegan, but Teff Love is an all - vegan cookbook!).
This time I
made these with hazelnuts, pecans, peanuts, almonds, and
cashews, which is what I happened to have
on hand.
When I recently decided to have a home -

cashew butter, i used store bought almond butter
on a bunch that was massaged in italian dressing, i loved them so much i ate the last bunch raw.....
So if you don't have a single cream
on hand, you can
make your own
cashew based version.
So far I only
made peanut, almon and walnut butter, but since I always have
cashews on hand I» mm have to
make this, I'm sure it would be a hit (I'll just have to erecise some self - control and not eat the nuts beforehand

My Brazil Nut Mayo is based
on a version
made with
cashew nuts.
I just loaded up
on cashew butter (they were
on major sale at Whole Foods this week) so I'm toooootally going to
make these.
It's not too hard to
make and gives you a quick nondairy milk if you have some
cashews on hand.
Here there is a Vegan Spinach Lasagna
made with
cashew mozzarella that will put a big smile
on your face!
This combination of white vegetables and
cashews makes for a thick and hearty soup without the need for flour as a thickening agent and without breaking the bank
on ridiculous tree nut prices.
The only change I
made was to use unsweetened
cashew milk and 1/4 tsp of vanilla because that was what I had
on hand.
