Here's a delicious shake to

Just wanted to say that I leave the skin on my almonds and my
milk always turns
out delicious after straining, I
make it a couple
of times a week.
and I have a quick question about the «ground almonds» - I recently
made a big batch
of your almond
milk (turned
out great < 3) and I dried
out the pulp in the oven to
make almond flour.
7 cups mini marshmallows (12.5 oz if you want to
make it easier) 2 cups crushed (roughly the same size as the marshmallows) chocolate graham crackers, or chocolate wafer cookies, or 2 cups
of whatever your heart tells you 1 14 oz can condensed
milk, look for one that's just
milk and sugar, like Nestle's La Lachera (also #notsp) 2 tablespoons unsalted butter pinch
of salt (or use salted butter and leave this
out) 12 oz bag
of semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract 3 - 4 tablespoons crushed up peppermint candies, optional, really not the most necessary thing
It turns
out you can find all kinds
of dairy - free lovelies at most health food stores these days: (imagine my best Bubba voice) dairy free cream cheese spread, dairy free yogurt, dairy free
milks... you can
make just about anything dairy free.
Made as directed the first time except I was
out of ground flaxseed so I used ground chia instead and had to thin the batter with more
milk slightly.
All the flavors and textures are here: lovely graham crust

of my many attempts at baking this, so i used 1/3 c water mixed with 1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder and mixed it in a shaker bottle to
make my own «vanilla
milk»... it worked great!
My son also

out of season use 1 can puree) 3 sprigs fresh thyme leaves (about 1/2 tsp), dried okay 1 tsp sea salt, more to taste 1/2 tsp black pepper, more to taste 1 can (about 2 cups) coconut
milk 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable stock to
make vegetarian / vegan) 1 scotch bonnet or habanero pepper (optional) 1 lb fresh spinach, stems included, coarsely chopped 6 chives, chopped
To
make the whipped cream, open the can
of coconut
milk and scoop
out the top layer
of solid coconut cream into the bowl
of a stand mixer (sidenote: save the remaining coconut liquid for smoothies!).
In a high - speed blender, add the coconut
milk, scraping the entire can to
make sure you get all the coconut cream and
milk out of it.
