I've never
made pear sauce but that sounds beyond amazing.

You can easily
make a larger batch and then put it in freezer containers (I have a container frozen to thaw out for Thanksgiving dinner) to have
pear sauce all season.
The recipe will
make about 3 cups of
sauce, depending on the size of your
pears.
I've
made this twice now, but both times I forget to take the mushrooms and
pear l onions out and then
make the
sauce.
While the base bakes
make the jam filling: in a
sauce pan place the chopped apples and
pear with a splash of water, cook it gently for 5 minutes.
It is
made with
pears which are stuffed with an exquisite almond filling, and it includes a super delicious chocolate
sauce, and it is all absolutely vegan and of course, super delicious!
