We're totally on an eggs kick right now too (
we made quail eggs benedict with pancetta and brioche for this past Sunday's brunch), so we'll definitely be trying this recipe over the weekend.

made a few adjustments... didn't have almond butter so I used pumpkin seed butter which worked quite well, I am allergic to
eggs so I used 6
quail eggs instead, and then used raw agave syrup in place of the honey.
The same popping candy you find in the Fizzing Whizzbees are mixed in to these white chocolate bon bons the size of
quail eggs, but to a much less satisfying degree because, let's be honest, not even wizards can
make white chocolate taste good.
Our
quails have been loving Spring and laying SO many
eggs, so I've been
making a ton of
egg salad to try to keep up!
