We were in Niagara for our anniversary and GRJ surprised us with a deliciously -
made sweet dish at the rooftop restaurant of the Sheritan Hotel.
The brown sugar in the ingredients list below is there to mellow the acidity of the tomatoes, not to
make this a sweet dish.
I allotted about 4 cups to
make a sweet dish and the other 4 cups to be saved for a delicious side.
