I'm a dark
chocolate kind of girl, but this
milk chocolate is not super sweet, it's perfectly creamy, and you can tell it's
made with quality ingredients.
Tonight I
made a
chocolate blancmange...
with milk and cornflour, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa powder.
All the flavors and textures are here: lovely graham crust
made from real graham crackers,
with a hint of cinnamon and a slight crunch, sweet, creamy
milk chocolate ganache
with a hint of deep cocoa, and puffy, browned marshmallows to round it out.
This easy cookie cake is
made with a sugar cookie mix and topped like a magic bar
with chocolate, coconut, and sweetened condensed
milk!
This final offering is
made with white
chocolate (yep, I've done
milk and dark already this week) and it's soft and perfectly fudgy.
Although I
made mine
with 70 %
chocolate, you could also use
milk chocolate for a more indulgent treat — Green & Black's
milk almond
chocolate is next on my list to use!
