I needed something that was
made with yoghurt instead of milk.
It smells uncomfortably reminiscent of a Pakistani curry
made with yoghurt, turmeric and gram flour.
Today's recipe is a clean eating semifreddo recipe
made with yoghurt, fresh strawberries and coconut milk.
I have
made them with both yoghurt and sour cream and have to say there is only a minuscule difference in sweetness, the sour cream just takes a very slight edge off the sweetness which for my taste is great, but the sweet tooths out there might prefer the yoghurt!
The filling, which calls for curd cheese, eggs, vanilla custard, and that weird vanilla sauce mix was
made with yoghurt, starch, sugar, chickpea flour, and coconut oil instead.

yoghurt, that tastes like greek
yoghurt — I'd say definitely find one
with no sweetener or flavourings, as I'm sure that would
make the dish taste a bit funny!

make for a wonderful breakfast, especially

Pleased to see an egg white in the recipe too, always have an egg white or 6 hanging about in the fridge or freezer (I freeze them labelling the amount on the bag,
makes it easy to whip however many I need for a recipe), this also adds to the protein content of the bars along
with the
yoghurt content.

with a batch of my homemade
yoghurt that came out a bit too runny, was planning to share them in the coming weeks.
Enjoy these traditional stewed fruits
with the coconut cream for a delightful and cosy dessert, or
make extra of the stewed fruits to eat as a snack
with yoghurt and toasted nuts and seeds, or if you really can't give it up just yet, spooned over your morning granola.
Of course, the trifle below can also be
made with store bought
yoghurt of your choice.

making yoghurt with homemade almond milk?
Our main standbys are probably: fagioli all» uccelletto — tuscan bean / tomato / sage stew, basically posh beans on toast, very quick and easy to
make from tinned beans dal - roti - shaak — any simple dal, a spicy vegetable (often roasted cauliflower or stir - fried cabbage) and frozen parathas (which are amazing),
with yoghurt and chutney on the side pasta
with some sort of veg plus feta, olive oil and lemon.
Mix the warm lemon / gelatine juice
with a little of the
yoghurt and afterwards mix it into all of the
yoghurt in the bowl — this little extra step
with make sure that the gelatine does not shock and
make small gelly clumps.
A bowl of mixed berries go great
with yogurt or can be mixed in
with oatmeal or cereals.You can
make a parfait for breakfast using
yoghurt with different layers of berries.
I've tried out so many variations —
with and without
yoghurt,
made with just milk, no oil / no butter... Anyways, here I am and boy am I glad I'm finally spilling the beans.
Once Gosling was semi-retired and living in Australia, he had the idea to create commercial batches of
yoghurt made with coconut milk.
This smoothie is
made with dairy - free
yoghurt which gives it a thick, creaminess.
I served these up
with an extra squeeze of lemon and a dollop of soy

As a vegetarian, daal is one of those essentials so it would be good to have the option of ordering a daal makhani that is rich in nutrients and protein but doesn't contain the unnecessary cream and butter,

with yoghurt instead, and a little lighter on the stomach.
You can eat this
with a dip
made from the Maldizano and
yoghurt, or I would maybe pair it
with a club sandwich or grilled cheese like this one I found at Yummy Tummy Aarthi.
I don't like milk, unless it's in my coffee or combined
with ice cream to
make a shake so I always eat my muesli
with a dollop of Greek
yoghurt and whatever fruit is around whether it be fresh, stewed or canned.
I love pancakes
with fruit and
yoghurt but always wanted to
make the actual pancake healthy.
