I've written before about how I supplement magnesium daily, and the most effective way I've found to do it is
using magnesium oil spray on my skin.
Do you take a magnesium supplement (I personally recommend a trans - dermal
magnesium oil spray because it's virtually impossible to get enough magnesium from diet alone).
I have only
found Magnesium Oil Spray recently but have had great results already, personally for leg cramps and tight muscles, and also on massage clients gor a range of muscular issues.
I use
a magnesium oil spray daily, but would like to try a detox bath if safe while pregnant.
About a year ago I purchased

magnesium oil spray, lotion, gel etc?
It looks like only good things can happen when you soak in a tub of Epsom salts (often) or use
a magnesium oil spray.
Magnesium is often better absorbed via the skin, so you can also soak in magnesium salt baths or try
a magnesium oil spray.
How does it compare to
the magnesium oil spray sold by Ancient Minerals?
