for coordinating our busy life I do use electronic calendars to color code schedules, set reminders and keep everything organized.

chalkboard as a place to keep important school letters and works of art that your children bring home.
Use
magnetic boards to hold papers you need only temporarily, dry - erase boards and
chalkboards to jot down quick messages, cork boards to stick more permanent papers on (favorite take - out menus, emergency phone numbers), and pegboard squares to mount containers
for desk supplies.
We painted the narrow wall at the entrance to the kitchen with black
chalkboard paint -LCB- and
magnetic primer -RCB- to create a fun place
for the boys to draw and play right in the kitchen.
