program has and will continue to involve a number of activities including:

project information materials, face - to - face meetings and follow - up activities for any identified interests or concerns.
In recent months, New Trier officials have launched an extensive community outreach
program, huddling with hundreds of residents at a series of open - house events and gauging residents» opinions of the
project both online and via 25,000 surveys
