main exceptions apply (there are other exceptions which are controversial and much less common and inapplicable on the facts of this question): (1) there is a breach of contract duly authorized by the national government, or (2) the liability arises from the non-governmental «commercial activities» of a governmental entity owned by the national government but not truly a part of it.

I could
apply molding to divide rooms so the colors in the living room could be different from the dining room, that was an option, but I've decided to just continue on with the same color as the dining room throughout the rest of the
