I would also recommend you count calories just to be sure you aren't eating over
your maintenance cals.
If you burn 3000 cals on a day you workout, wouldn't
your maintenance cals be 3000?
My maintenance cals are about 2025 but I'm eating around 1700 - 1900 cals a day when a train.
Like if you burn 2700 cals on a day you do nothing (just from normal day to day activities),
your maintenance cals would be 2700.
The basic «crap shoot» calculation for
maintenance cals worked pretty accurately for me at x14, about the same as my calculation measuring BMR, activity level etc — magic!
Would you keep doing doing one - two refeeds a week (
maintenance cals ~ 2200) and see what happens?

Sure you could subtract about 1800 or so
cals if you didn't aim to eat 100 over
maintenance on rest days then you risk potentially not hitting at least
maintenance level and that's simply not worth it.
Some women like yourself are doing well on JUDDD which is a modified every other day fast eating 25 % of your
maintenance calories ie 500
cals every second day (your down day).
yes but one suggestion i have recently is to eat 100 - 200
cals over
maintenance just to be safe on off days.
