I am pregnant, celiac, dairy free, and just went off all sugar and added sweeteners, which has been extremely hard when combined with
major carb cravings due to pregnancy, on top of my regular sugar cravings!!

Ketosis Diets — high in protein, low in
carbs, moderate in fats — my experience is that this feels great at first — because you feel like you're doing the perfect «proper» diet plan — and you get excited to lose weight, but then when your hormones shift mid cycle — it's impossible to fight your
carb cravings and
major falling off the wagon, binge
carbing ensues.
I'd say in general I have
craved protein and
carbs more than anything and haven't had any
major aversions.
