They calculate that, with the
majority of prisoners sentenced to less than 12 months, at least 4,000 foreign criminals will evade deportation, including those convicted
of drug dealing, benefit fraud, theft and burglary.
It should be noted that the vast
majority of terrorist financing, money laundering and
drug dealing is conducted in fiat currencies.
