My Bread Memory is simple... I LOVE cinnamon raisin bread
toast... you know the one... that is got swirls of cinnamon and raisins all through it... I just can't seem to figure
out how to
make it GF that same way...
Made this today, and used Bramley cooking apples which are quite sharp, and they kept their shape, turned
out a treat, doesn't look as pretty as yours, BUT I think
toasted with some pate it would be LUSH!
Also, I bet the french
toast made from leftovers is
out of this world.
I let mine sit
out loosely covered to dry

With some of the dough, I added Andes mint pieces and then with more of the dough (it
