made a sort of a
salsa with tomato, red onion,
avocado, cilantro and jalapeño.
I mainly use it like I would a bagel... with a spread on top or a really yummy
avocado salsa I
make.
You could serve this with vegetables or a salad, or sometimes I like to
make an
avocado and tomato
salsa to go with it.
Assemble your taco starting with the tofu «taco meat», the pineapple
salsa, some extra cilantro, and
make is perfect by adding a little of your fav taco sauce,
avocado or just a little extra lime juice!
