Medjool dates are the
best as they're much sweeter and stickier so
make cooking a lot easier — these are what I use in all my
recipes and you may find if you use normal dates that the
recipe doesn't work as
well.
A lot of the time it is trial and error, but that is what
makes it even
better when I get a
