The trick to coating the rim of the glass with crushed graham
crackers is to first add a couple of teaspoons of honey to a small plate and then dip the
top of the glass into the honey,
making sure the rim is well coated with honey.
My favorites were the (1) seeded black rice
crackers (from vegetarian chef Amy Chaplin)
topped with a tamarind date sauce and pickled vegetables and (2) strawberry rosewater smoothie / chia pudding
made with Anita's coconut yogurt.
My Gran always
made pudding too from the little boxes, and don't get me started on pudding pie we would enjoy
made with the graham
cracker crust and whipped
