made this for dinner — I'm eating semi raw
at the moment so cooked the
sweet potato (and added some parsnip too), then marinated the mushrooms in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, wilted the spinach with salt and a bit of chilli before adding to the cooked veggies.
Marple sirup it's not too
sweet at least but I would like to

sweet at all... Taste more savory / bland like crackers would... And yes I did use medjool dates
I know that dessert for one sounds a little sad, but how often do you crave something

sweet potatoes (my friend had this issue, couldn't get a smooth consistency

make these but forgot to buy dates (happened to me)-- 1/2 cup liquid sweetener works great in place of the dates and maple syrup in this recipe.
I

at first I actually didn't like them so much cause I found them to taste too much like
sweet potatoes.
But if these are your first attempt
at sugar free and gluten free brownies, or are
making this for kids or other people, I would definitely go for the raw brownies instead, as they are much
sweeter and probably more «likable».
