I do have to say that it was hard for my food processer to

so I ended up giving up my quest for perfection and letting chunks of dates remain in batter.
I need to
make them again as I don't have my food processor with me at the moment and
so mashed the
sweet potato and chopped up dates with a fork which I think led to a denser consistency.
Hi Rosemary, you really need a food processor for the brownies
so make a really smooth mixture otherwise it can end up quite lumpy with
sweet potato chunks.

made this with carrots instead of squash and instead of coconut milk used a bit of stock and half a block of creamed coconut
so it was more of a spicy carrot puree on the
sweet potato (and substituted the chick peas for green peas plus added some spinach) and it was delicious.

made this for dinner — I'm eating semi raw at the moment
so cooked the
sweet potato (and added some parsnip too), then marinated the mushrooms in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, wilted the spinach with salt and a bit of chilli before adding to the cooked veggies.
Homemade almond milk does taste a little different, it reminds me a little of plain yoghurt — I would suggest adding a few dates or a tablespoon or
so of pure maple syrup and a little cinnamon to your almond milk to give it a
sweeter flavour, which really
makes it taste

For packed lunches I normally
make big batches of quinoa and brown rice with apple cider vinegar / lime and salt and then do a big thing of roasted veg — things like
sweet potato and squash cubes,
so I throw a mix of that into a tupperwear with some raw veg — things like avocado, grated carrot, tomatoes and then some hummus / lentils / chickpeas / seeds for protein.
I love

For those of you that are green juice addicts I should say that I've tried adding some greens to this, but it
made the flavour a little strange
so I think it's best to stick with the

Ohhhhh, I have
made so many delicious
sweet recipes recently that it is too hard to choose.
Also I was inspired by your buckwheat recepies,
so I
made a breakfast jn a cup w pre-soaked buckwheat, mango, blueberry and home
made yogurt, then I scooped a dallop of
sweet potato / date goodness to experiment, since the smoothie was allowing for some sweetness.
I
made a few variations — I only had 400g
sweet potato
so added some apple puree to
make up the difference, increased almond meal to 1 cup, added some vanilla, decaf coffee powder and extra salt — extra tasty!
This blend of oats, almonds and flax
makes each pancake brilliantly thick with a perfectly warm, squishy middle — just like good american pancakes, while the addition of ripe banana to the batter also
makes them deliciously
sweet so you just need a drop of pure maple syrup for extra deliciousness!
