If you've never

Another great meal idea is to add some kale to the oven to

It wasn't until the other day as I was
making kale chips for the kids (after the first time I made them a couple of years ago they quickly became one of their all - time favourite snacks) that this great idea occurred to me.

Rinse off your kale, pull the leaves from the stalk, and rip into 2 - 3 inch pieces (you can

I
just made your kale chips and like a good cook I forgot them so they were just burnt enough not to enjoy as chips but I didn't want to waste the kale so I was making stew at the same time (ergo why I forgot the chips) so I crumbled the whole lot and dumped it into the stew and you know, it was an EXCELLENT solution it gave the stew an real nice flavor.
