made this
smoothie (without the hemp poweder and
kale because I didn't have that at home) this morning and took the
smoothie to work.
As well as being super healthy,
kale is also amazingly delicious —
kale chips are my all time favourite snack — and it
makes a great addition to
smoothies and juices, as well as pasta sauces, quinoa bowls and veggie bakes.
I think that the reason it was maroon is that you used mixed berries, the red of strawberries / raspberries always turns my green
smoothies brown, also did you double the amount of spinach to
make up for the lack of
kale?
I would like to please clarify if this
smoothie recipe which includes
kale can be
made effectively using a nutribullet and also if a nutribullet can still be effective to grind the addition of nuts or seeds?

make sure that the
kale is pureed nicely with the rest of the
smoothie, run the blender for about a minute once the
smoothie is liquified without big chunks of mango getting stuck.

kale to be the best for
making baked
kale chips and more cost - effective for

Last week I was
making my famous
kale smoothie for kids with a group of preschoolers.
(frozen bananas, large handful of
kale, coconut water, ice, cucumber, stevia (when I first started I would sometimes I add 1 tbsp of organic vegan friendly almond creamer to
make it creamy and sweet which helped me and my kids get use to green
smoothies.
Bulk buy frozen fruit, pre-washed
kale, and almond butter (and
make these
smoothie packs!).

make the jump from spinach to

If you want to

smoothie even healthier, add in a handful or two of organic greens (like spinach or

make a

kale, and some coconut water... takes my blender forever to get it smooth but it's good!

smoothies is usually wanting to turn them overly chocolate - y not overly
kale - y Definitely doesn't

I've found that I don't have a problem consuming raw
kale a few times a week, but if you're more sensitive to it, I recommend lightly steaming or sauteing it (then letting it cool) before
making this salad, baking your
kale chips (as opposed to dehydrating them), and avoiding juicing it or adding it to
smoothies raw.
