I've always thought

nut milks was
too much like hard work!

I do want to use all those perfectly fresh raw ingredients and

nut milk from pre-soaked
nuts, but sometimes (read: «
too often!»)
I ordered a
nut milk bag (my husband can not get over the fact that's what it is called) and a glass pitcher for the fridge to
make almond
milk, but I am bookmarking this to try
too.
I think soup and hummus are the biggest things I'd like to
make, but
nut milk too.

make nut milk with, which is used in the sauce:) hope that clears it up a bit!
I also recommend a
nut milk bag, like this one as it just
makes things even easier and is reusable
too.
If you decide that grinding up the ingredients takes
too much time,
make the basic brazil
nut milk first and then add all the other ingredients.
Most (but not all)
milks made from
nuts, for example, are
too low in protein and / or fat for very young children.
