I milk my own Jersey, eat my own eggs and meat beef, chicken goat;
grow many of my own veggies year round, eat lots of cream and butter, the fat on my meat, bone broth; within the last year have given up vegetable oils except olive; gluten free for 2 years; very little organic cane sugar say less than 2 - 3 T. daily, many days none; wine and cheese of my own
making, mostly my own and daily; milk and / or
water kefir daily; work at home is my exercise along with stretching; 90 % organix in everything.
I was curious about how to
make water kefir but first I had to tackle how to
grow water kefir grains.
My husband has a severe allergy to milk protein and once my grains
grow enough I would like to start
making him goat

Growing your own
water kefir grains is not difficult, if you are careful, and you tend them properly you can
make huge quantities of tibicos, the
water kefir grains.
I only
make water kefir once a week so I have been trying to get them to
grow in between those times.
Reply: I know
water kefir will work with coconut
water but never used the «so delicious» coconut milk with milk
kefir... just
make sure that you have
grown your new
kefir grains in fresh milk for at least six weeks so that they have a good micro flora balance when they are transfered to a new medium to
grow in.
