It's funny, just yesterday I was looking up how to

nut milk bag today
on Amazon.
This is great for breakfast with
nut milk and maybe some fruit
on top but it also
makes a really good snack.
I've always been a huge advocate of
making your own
nut milk or dairy free
milk because you're in control and your not taking in all those fillers and preservatives that can be really harsh
on your little one.
I am all about those home -
made money saving hacks right now, so I've been
on a roll with almond
milk, bread, and
nut butters.

making is the fact that we can't seem to get Califia products in Canada (yet)-- so I'll be working
on a modification of this idea with a combination of rich

When I
make these chewy, they stay nice and moist without needing a glaze or frosting but if you want to glaze the top you can
make another 1/2 recipe of the
nut butter /
milk recipe to go
on top.

milks, currently buying almond
milk.
I then
made Almond
Milk Yogurt last night but this morning I realized that I did not put boiling water
on the
nut bag to sterilize or
on the almonds.
Coconut flour egg, bacon & cheese muffins Popcorn (popped in coconut oil and topped with melted butter)-- we
make popcorn for the movie theater, too Coconut flour blueberry muffins Grass - fed cheese Homemade corn tortilla chips Soaked and dried
nuts Homemade sprouted flour crackers Whole, raw
milk (in a sippy cup; sometimes I even bring two)-- it's impossible to get ANY kind of
milk on most airplanes these days; many airlines only have non-dairy creamer available Scrambled eggs — I put them in a Thermos container Bananas, oranges, apples, grapes — organic if possible Homemade shortbread cookies — it's a great idea to pack a few cookies for those extra-tough times while traveling Raisins — organic if possible Grass - fed whole

nut milks serves medium and dark - roast coffee, and beans from Central and South America, better than hazelnut syrups you see
on the bar at large chains.

milk with hemp, do you still recommend soaking them 6 - 8 hours — they seem so soft already??? What

milk would you recommend for a starting an infant out

Sprinkle some walnuts, peanuts, pecan
nuts or almonds
on some salads or add some to a smoothie or

nut milk.
I wasn't able to get my hands
on a
nut milk bag, which would have
made the
milking process much easier, but no worries cheesecloth works just as well, but you may need an extra pair of hands.
So if you are
on the fence as to purchase a good blender or a juicer, I personally recommend going with a nice high speed blender and then purchase an $ 10
nut milk bag, which can be used for
making homemade almond
milk and fresh juices!
No way to know the translation of
nut to almond
milk ratio — but based
on the fact that fructans and GOS are water soluble —
making almond
milk from
nuts will likely mean that the
milk contains these water soluble fibers.
Ideally, I always buy
nuts in their raw state, so I can capitalize
on their versatility — whether
making nut milk with raw
nuts, or toasting them for other recipes.
There are variations based
on pretty much all of the
nut and plant «
milks» that you can
make yourself if your local stores don't carry vegan yogurt
on a regular basis.
You can actually snack
on them whole like you would almonds or cashews, or
make «
nut»
milk out of them.
(Note: the combination of hot water, tocos and ghee - or coconut oil if you do not do dairy -
makes the creamiest base for a potion - great as a substitute for
nut milk when traveling or
on the go!)
For example, not being able to use
milk in my daily chia puddings threw me for a loop at first but then forced me to take
on the milkmaid lifestyle and begin
making my own
nut milks.
When I
