In the summer, we often
make chocolate
peanut butter soft serve out of frozen
bananas (seriously, 3 simple and healthy ingredients!)
They include the incredibly powerful spirulina powder,
bananas,
peanut butter (
make sure you get 100 %), and coconut milk.
And the third is
made with buckwheat groats, oats, coconut, flaxseed,
banana,
peanut butter (100 %), cacao powder, cinnamon, dates, almond milk and muesli.
I mix it with water and
make a paste and eat it with
bananas and apples just the way I do with
peanut butter.
