make my own

palm sugar and arrowroot
powder on the highest setting.

Use a tsp and your
palms to
make perfect round sized truffles and coat them in cocoa
powder.

palm sugar and i use blender to
make it soft, and i use 100 cacao
powdered brand java.
If a
palm - sized amount of protein at each meal seems impossible, you can try having smaller meals, use a plain, unsweetened egg - white protein
powder or collagen peptides in smoothies, have a cup of bone broth mixed with collagen peptides, or whatever you need to do to
make it work.
You can even
make homemade
powdered sugar with a whole sweetener like coconut or cane jaggery, sucanat, or
palm sugar.
