We made some raw crackers the other day and loved them.

make a batch of my superfood
crackers, kale chips, energy balls, homemade granola, cans of chickpeas and beans, tahini,
raw nuts and seeds.

I discovered that a local organic fruit and veg shop
makes its own
raw treats, and by golly if I didn't stand there naughtily having seconds (and sometimes, thirds) of samples of all the differet
crackers, cookies, and kale chips... if only a tiny (as in, really, really tiny) packet of
raw felafel didn't cost $ 13!!

An excellent alternative for those with nut allergies,
raw sunflower seeds can be used to
make your own sunflower butter, added to
cracker recipes, tossed on a salad for extra crunch and nutrition or just eaten by the handful for a quick snack.

make a much healthier and very yummy topping for this!!!! Can not wait to try!
Students sampled fresh apple slices, applesauce, salmon dip on

To complete a wonderful birthday weekend I
made this easy, no - bake dessert... whipped
raw cashews, bananas and coconut cream in a graham
cracker crust and jazzed up with all the banana split sundae toppings imaginable!
Other suggestions are
raw nuts, trail mix, dehydrated snacks (cookies, granola,
crackers) or Larabars (you can
make these easily yourself.
