make the table of contents for publications with a deep hierarchy of headings unreadable, so Authors will trim headings below a certain depth to improve the readability.
I thought I would make this video for you on how to
make a table of contents for your kindle documents.
To
make a table of contents work, your chapter headings need to use an H1 / H2 style.
No, I don't remove heading styles, you need them as headings to
make your table of contents work if you're doing the add TOC feature of Word.
RTF files are better than text files because the Reader scans for the title and author information in the document properties,
making the tables of contents look better.
And some journals
make their tables of contents available at their websites.

of 13 books, I discovered that nine
of them
made reference to «Christianity,» «the Bible» or the «Judeo - Christian tradition.»
If you used styles properly, and
