I'm really sorry but I haven't tried the other
versions of the Magimix but I imagine that they would be able to
make the
nut butters.
If
made with an all natural
nut or seed
butter instead of the high - protein
version these bars would be dairy free, vegetarian, gluten - free and vegan (if you swap the honey for agave).
Many oven roasted
nuts recipes uses egg whites as a coating but you can
make an egg - free
version with extra
butter or coconut oil.
And it's only day 3
Making these w / Sunbutter (sunflower seed
butter) and subbing almond flour with more oats for a
nut - free
version.
So I do now have an updated
version made with
nut butter.
If you
make the truffles with peanut
butter, the
nut flavor will be a bit more pronounced than in the almond —
butter version.

I have

versions of these over the years, sometimes with spelt flour sometimes with the addition of different
nut butters.
I'm kind of obsessed with my fudgy coconut brownie recipe, but the
nut butter drizzle you added on top sure
makes me want to try your
version now!
If you don't like (or can't eat)
nuts or peanut
butter, you can simply leave out those ingredients and
make a chocolate - only
version.

version of this grab - and - go bar that includes some extra protein from collagen, and swaps the
nut butters and
nuts for ingredients that are more digestible and
make me feel so much better!
I've been
making these oats plain for the last 6 months or so, inspired by the beautiful recipes in Green Kitchen Travels, which includes
versions made with cocoa powder,
nut butters, lucuma, and other intriguing flavors.
