make Hummus the RIGHT way?
Seriously, you NEED to
make this hummus right away and you will thank me.
If
you make this hummus right after cooking the split peas, you'll end up with warm hummus, which is actually quite nice!
Also, I used the juice from the salsa to
make the hummus the right consistency.

make you sleepy like a large sit down lunch would so you could get
right back out there and busy again.

We really didn't want to add the extra time to our
hummus, but just to
make sure, we tried it both ways — skinless chickpeas and chickpeas
right out of the can.
I usually
make my own fresh beet
hummus at home using the recipe below, but when I'm short on time (I know all you mommies out there feel me on this one), I'll just snag the Trader Joe's brand beet
hummus and mix in some superfoods like I did
right before this shoot.
