made it as a loaf instead of muffins.

as a
loaf tin just
makes it too thick and the mix was designed to cook
as a cake so it just wouldn't cook if it was that thick!

as I had run out of apple puree.
I've always wondered how to
make banana bread with a crusty top
as my previous
loaves have always had that soft, sticky top.

making sure to keep even tension in the dough throughout the process to avoid creating sections that are either too tight or too loose,
as these may misshape the

So do not add to many different ingredients into one
