chocolate orange brownies the other day but sadly I just can't get past the
taste of the dates (I can't stand dates so it was my fault for expecting them to magically change in flavour!)

chocolate chips is really up to personal preference, I like mine really chocolatey but you can add in as much as little as you like to your

Then when you're ready to
make your frosting, you only use the fat from the coconut milk, melt it together with a bag of
chocolate chips (I used dairy free ones), add a little vanilla and salt to
taste and stick it in the fridge to re-solidify until ready to use.

My first instinct was not that I needed to do something impressive like ganache or truffles with this lovely
chocolate... My first instinct was to
make a brownie, and simple as it may sound, it was a great way to really
taste the cocoa's deep, intense flavor through a really simple recipe.
And because
chocolate makes everything better, these cookies will wow your
taste buds.
During the cooking time, a
chocolate sauce forms and
makes the cake
taste a lot like a
chocolate lava cake.
This tart is based of they ever popular peanut butter pie, but I
made it to fit my personal
taste, which means I covered it in a silky smooth
chocolate ganache.
The cake can stand alone and doesn't need frosting to
make it
taste better (though I wouldn't fault you if a bit of
chocolate frosting found its way on top anyway).

While the combination of the fruit with the coffee,
chocolate, and peanut butter may seem odd, every ingredient adds to the flavor combination and
