I originally tried mixing coconut oil and baking soda in equal proportions which
makes coconut tasting salt.

tastes like greek yoghurt — I'd say definitely find one with no sweetener or flavourings, as I'm sure that would

I have a gelato - maker and that definitely
makes things easier, but never thought I'd be using
Coconut Milk and not
tasting it, or when I accent it, it
tastes wonderful.
Then when you're ready to
make your frosting, you only use the fat from the
coconut milk, melt it together with a bag of chocolate chips (I used dairy free ones), add a little vanilla and salt to
taste and stick it in the fridge to re-solidify until ready to use.

makes it thick and cakey, it won't
taste like
coconut)- you could also use almond meal instead

made theme
taste closer to a real (wheat - containing) brownie.

I've just started using cacao butter and I think it's even more delicious than
coconut oil in this recipe because it
