However, the instructions are a bit lacking, due to thinking I would be starting off
making a full 2.5 gal container, but the written instructions state that you need TWO SCOBY starter mushrooms and 2.5 cups of starter tea, yet only enough starter and liquid are included for a one gallon batch, not the 2.5 gal
continuous brew system like I ordered.
I think I
made a mistake as I
made 3 batches of
continuous brew with the REPLACEMENT LIQUID.
