We believe in keeping things hand - crafted using old school methods, using quality organically produced ingredients and
making a pure chocolate that has a deliciously distinct feel and taste.

Pure Fuel post today I decided to
make a trail mix with a mixture of nuts, ancient grain cereal, dried fruit, coconut flakes, and dark
chocolate covered espresso beans!
And to top it off, the raw double
chocolate ganache — a silky smooth raw dessert
made of cacao powder, dates, coconut, raisins, and pecans — was
pure bliss.
This is deep, dark,
pure unsweetened Valrhona cocoa powder, and it
makes a
chocolate brownie so light, so fluffy and perfectly moist that after one bite, you'd think you had died and gone to heaven.
It is basically
pure vanilla extract with some
chocolate extract which
made a great flavor.
Im my opinion, this tart has the perfect ratio of
chocolate to peanut butter,
making each bite
pure bliss.
I topped them with an easy
chocolate ganache, and, instead of a sugary icing, used
pure coconut butter to
make my spider web design.
