During my second pregnancy, I
made a list of ways to take care of myself once the baby arrived, such as
exercising (I put this baby in the nursery at the gym — something I never would have done the first
time), scheduling a date night at least once a month, and putting on makeup
for no reason other than to
make myself feel good.»

For me, being able to
exercise at home during nap
time or when my husband gets home from work
makes a lot more sense and likely increases the chance of me fitting in a daily workout.
A big factor in determining what type of

for your baby.
Women who are pregnant should definitely

exercise, to help improve blood circulation, mobility, muscle strength, and flexibility.
