343 was not the original developer of the franchise, and they certainly had their purist detractors for simply
making Halo games at all, as we saw from some reviews of Halo 4.
For the haters, remember that Bungie wanted to stop
making Halo games at number 3.
I am hard pressed to name another game that was pushed more in the gaming hype machine than Distiny, the latest game from Halo creators Bungie who is now publishing their titles under Activision and no longer Microsoft who has 343 Industries
make their Halo games now.
The announcement of another trilogy is, if I'm honest, quite worrying as it's starting to push Halo into the territory of an over-milked franchise, but hopefully 343 will show that they know how to
make a Halo game with their own unique flavour.
They did a good job
making a halo game, they need to add there own flavour to it.
Just like how 343 started to dive deeper into Master Chief's story, 343 needs to dive deeper into what
makes a Halo game.
That was a real changing point in the attitude of how
we made Halo games, where we just stopped kind of pulling out all the stops and really going for it.

While large studios create
games like
Halo and Call of Duty to entertain the masses, these particular artists
make their
game for themselves with the intention of
making it available for the world to play.
Blitz is described as a hybrid card - and - RTS
game, which
makes sense considering the nature of
Halo Wars 2.
Unlike many other
games with similar features out there at the time, what
made this one so special was the inclusion of the
Halo Skull modifiers, which would change things up a bit every five rounds.
Sadly, I can do no such thing;
Halo 5 is probably one of the worst

Halo, arguably the most important
game for the original Xbox's early success, without it, who knows if there ever would've been a Xbox 360
made?
They could
make any
game and slap the
Halo brand on it, and I know I'll be in line to buy it.
Halo showed the 360 can run a
game in 640p and
make it look decent.
Its a great console and i wish more core xbox fans would
make the jump instead of listening to fanboy B.S. I do nt think PS4 is slowing per se, but at this moment allot of fans of
halo, forza and gears will be loooking to
make the jump to current gen. Gears remaster will defo have a beta for the new gears

Very well expressed yes I do agree the series is getting to be a bit boring and old in reality all
games are I gaming after a ling day at work but there's no real good
games out that catch my eye I have been a gears of war fan since the beginning of time but even that
game I don't feel it's worthy of the tine I invested in part 1 just my opinion people I would really want to see a
game that would change gaming like
halo did, gow1, cod4 these titles
made way for new exciting gameplay but now I find myself enjoying Mario more then any other

But this November marks the 15th Anniversary of the first
Halo game, and it
makes me wonder when and how should the series end?
Add to that the advances

games like
Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and you see what Project Origin is up against.
I'm not saying they're milking
Halo, Gears, Forza, etc but they focus too much on franchises internally as they've closed down every major studio not
making those
games except Rare now.
It's no secret that Gears of War stands next to
Halo as the Xbox's flagship
game series, it's name is famous around the globe and it seems that Microsoft is keen to
make the most of that name.
Take control of Noble Squad in this latest
game and, of course, take part in the now famous
Halo mulitplayer and utilise the all - new Forge World to
make the most insane maps yet!
I don't even think MS has
made a singleplayer
game the entire generation... you can play Gears,
Halo and Forza alone sure but they still lean heavily towards competitive or coop (I actually play campaigns solo regularly though).
Just as with
Halo i have no reason to buy Gears of War now its not being
made by those that brought the
game to the table in the first place.
They are closing the studio and the main team members are
making a new studio and will continue to support
halo wars and
make New
games.
