To
make a breakfast cookie healthier (AKA: breakfast - friendly), white sugar is swapped out with honey or maple syrup, white flour is replaced with whole wheat flour and / or oats, and veggies or dried fruit are added in place of the chocolate chips (or another sweet addition).
To
make these breakfast cookies combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another.
I made a breakfast cookie similar (but not really) to this last week and they were gone so quick!
For example: You can
make a breakfast cookie with all einkorn flour for a healthy alternative to white flour, or you can
