Put in freezer to chill while

To
make the chocolate coating, finely chop the chocolate.
To

I envisaged a Brazil nut
coated in crunchy praline then enrobed in dark
chocolate — now to see if I could
make it happen.
You have the option of
making your own
chocolate coating or using 90 % Lindt (sold in Woolworth's).
The next time I
make it, I'm going to

Tip # 1: If you don't need this recipe to be 100 % raw, you can use melted
chocolate chips for the
coating instead of
making a raw version.
Well the brand I use is Almond Bark, also known as vanilla flavored candy
coating, is a
chocolate like confection
made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa butter and with coloring and flavors added, rather than tempered white
chocolate with mix ins.
They're actually even easier to
make than peanut butter cups because there's none of that annoying
chocolate coating of multiple paper liners going on; you just put it all into the pan and BAM!
We
made super soft and chewy Greek yogurt thumbprint cookies
coated in sprinkles, cinnamon - sugar or just left plain, and then topped with strawberry jam, cinnamon - raisin peanut butter, and hot
chocolate frosting with marshmallow bits.
Adding a
coating of coconut flour is crucial because it allows for the bar to have a «protein - bar - shape» (otherwise they're too sticky to handle) and it
makes the
chocolate stick to the bar a lot better.
When all «protein - bar shapes» are

coating,
making for a thin shell that cracks easily.
