making the coconut bacon at the same time as the mac and cheese, you can stick it in the oven right with the jalapeño slices — it cooks at the same oven temp!
And I just opened the bag today, before sprinkling it onto a pan to

make my

bacon» and add a good amount of crumbled tempeh - a 50 / 50 - ish mix.
Made this again and didn't have sweet potato flour so I used 1/4 cup hazelnut flour and 2 heaping spoonfuls of
coconut flour and egg and 8 oz
bacon for the crust.
I actually have some
coconut bacon made up at the moment.

The
coconut bacon is really easy to
make.
And I'm not talking about
coconut bacon or rice paper
bacon (although you could totally go that route if you have the time and patience to
make these from scratch).
This can easily be
made into a vegetarian entree, with
coconut oil instead of butter or
bacon fat.
That and the fact that
coconut bacon makes everything better.
I often
make my vegan
bacon from tempeh but for this recipe, I used
coconut bacon, addicting as it is.
He
made the cheezy chickpea dip again although I was to blame for the burnt
coconut bacon, as Rob tended to a broken beer bottle.

I ate lard, raw butter from pastured cows,
coconut oil, tallow, and palm oil at every meal, plus high fat cheese from France, chicken with the skin, eggs from pastured chickens, and especially the yolk for if I throw out anything it will be the white,
bacon, whole kefir I
made myself and so forth.

make chicken liver pate flavored with
bacon and maple syrup, and use
coconut oil instead of butter.
For lunch, the curative properties of an organic kale «Cobb» salad
made with
coconut jerky instead of
bacon, also did the trick.
Make the filling: Melt the
coconut oil in a skillet over medium and add the chicken,
bacon, mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute until mostly cooked.
I throw it on the stove and
make a stir - fry with leftover
bacon grease from my roommate's dinner (LOL, super healthy) and
coconut aminos mixed in.
