I've replaced
Bourbon with Rum flavoring in recipes and find it works
well — have even
made Bourbon Pecan Pie with Rum Flavoring and couldn't tell the difference.
To
make one drink: 1 oz
bourbon (or rum or vodka or gin) 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 2 tablespoons clementine hibiscus marmalade * 1/2 oz pomegranate juice 3 oz Passionfruit La Croix (I'm sure grapefruit would work just as
well too)
