This is the first recipe I tried for
making naan and it turned out really great.

making Naan from a sourdough culture rather than yeast — it's kinder on the stomach and environmentally better than commercially prepared yeast.
This was also my first attempt at

Hi Jessica, you can use a spatula to help
you make the naan rounder or maybe try first pouring the batter while the pan is on low heat, then increase it to higher heat.

I make these naan panini / grilled cheese thingies in my panini press, but you could make them in a pan on your stove, or you could even try the grill (but beware of dripping cheese!).
