I think this might be a tricky
recipe to
make nut free sadly as the cashews are what
make it creamy, I'm really sorry!
However, since my brother is allergic to
nuts I
made the
recipe free from
nuts by using pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds instead.
I
made the
recipe for Bupa a few weeks ago and as so many of you ask us for

free recipes, I wanted to share it here too.

make lots of you very happy.
