of all we need amanager who is actively involved with game shouting and demanding from by line.we need a
manager who will instill character and spine who reads the game and
make changes not waiting till the 70th min like we used to.players will have to prove them selves give 100 % and not be judged by a name tag either you perform or NOT.I'd like to see all our players given achance to prove them selves equally have afeeling about one lucas perez given a chance he'll flourish do nt understand why he has been isolated.but what do we know??

Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented
footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate
manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own
manager. You need not rely on your
manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people
make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self
managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
No matter who the

make a great

Granite Xhaka saved us last night, i'm not a great fan
of Xhaka but i thought the game changed as soon as he come on, on Wilshere i have been his biggest supporter but last night he let me down badly, he
made no space for himself he was just out for the fresh air, i thought Sead had a lousy game to even do he scored, it was a sad night for Arsenal supporters and
football to watch that, there were plenty
of alarms raised when we played Ostersunds FK in the first leg in the second half, AW should
of known better to prepare his team and should get off his ass and shout a bit from the side line like all passionate
managers do when they send a message to their players
In a Daily Telegraph report, the boss is quoted as saying: «Director
of football — when I say that — is a guy who
makes the decisions that normally are down to the
manager.
of course no team wants to lose but I can guarantee you that the reaction by the Chelski fans after today's results are nowhere near what would have occurred if we shit the bed on opening day... the difference is they have tasted EPL success on more than one occasion recently, they have won the Champions League and they have done it with 3 different
managers in the last 12 years with a similar, if not smaller, wage bill than us... in comparison, we have been experiencing our own personal Groundhog Day with nothing to show for it but a few silvery trinkets that would barely wet the appetite
of a world - class club... so it's time for Wenger to stop gloating over our week one escape act and
make some substantial moves before this window closes or I fear that things will take a horrible turn when the inevitable happens... living on a knife's edge is no way to go through a full season
of football and regardless
of what side
of the argument you fall on, you could feel high levels
of toxicity in the air and that was friggin week one... I would much rather someone tried their best and failed, than took half - measures and hoped for the best
The right back should be thankful that his
manager allowed him to leave the club on loan last month in order to get the regular

manager in the history
of football, Wenger has
made errors.
Let's be clear here,

make everyone feel adequately important irrespective
of where they play.
But easy to say negative things when your an addict
of negative
making negative statements we did nt win everything every year tottenham has been behind us till this year for 2o years mu went through 3
managers then got mourinho and he said hi i see you have billlions
of dollars to spend why do nt you buy a team ill smile for three years
make some dumb comments win a title chelsea not yet mu cause you spent more money than anyone else has except those city folks recently and play fall asleep
football i mean wenger is great and haters gonna hate cause thats all they know to do they'll hate till we win the title then be happy for a day once its confirmed then say well we did nt win champions leauge or vice versa cause they re a negative addict they nead their dose to disassemble true success
case 2 jurgen klopp he was always up on the touchline animated (he is a joy to watch just on his own without the team) talking to his players and encouraging them to keep chasing the ball down, and counter attack and he wasn't scared to
make changes to the shape or tactics through out the game to gain advantage, where he could clued up
manager (what wenger was once upon a time) he is the future
of football management, take your bow klopp you earned it last night can only hope when the time comes we can convince to take us to the future
of modern
football.
So
of course Arsene Wenger has
made mistakes, just like every other
manager in every
football league across the planet and I'm sure he will
make plenty more before the end
of the season, but I am referring to a couple
of specific and avoidable mistakes that I think may come back to haunt the Frenchman when the dust settles on the Premier League next summer.
But though coaching work at QPR does not automatically an England
manager make, then equally there's no reason why the club shouldn't benefit from the work
of a man who has plenty
of interesting ideas about
football in amongst all the other stuff.

wtf!!!! - we
made Leicester look like Real Madrid - last time I checked they are bottom
of the table - disgrace, disgusting, awful display - this is not a team, this is a mix
of individual
footballers with no clue what to do on the pitch, with a clueless
manager incapable
of managing the bunch called Arsenal team.Wenger out, this guy is terminated for
football, he must be ashamed for the ugly things he is doing at the moment.Anybody is better than Wemger at this moment, just leave old guy, you live in the past.
Picture this, we don't come out
of the gate firing on all cylinders, Wenger speaks
of how there wasn't enough time for the first - teamers to build chemistry, several key players aren't even playing because
of Wenger's utterly ridiculous policy regarding players who played in the Confed Cup or the under21s and the boo - birds have returned in full flight... if these things were to happen, which is quite possible considering the Groundhog Day mentality
of this club, how long do you think it will take for Wenger to recant his earlier statements regarding Europa... I would suggest that it's these sorts
of comments from Wenger which are often his undoing... why would any
manager worth his weight in salt
make such a definitive statement before the season has even started... why would any
manager who fashions himself an educated man
make such pronouncements before even knowing what his starting 11 will be come Friday, let alone on September 1st... why would any
manager who has a tenuous relationship with a great many supporters offer up such a potentially contentious talking point considering how many times his own words have come back to bite him in the ass... I think he does this because he doesn't care what you or I think, in fact he's more than slightly infuriated by the very idea
of having to answer to the likes
of you and me... that might have been acceptable during his formative years in charge, when the fans were rewarded with an scintillating brand
of football and success felt like a forgone conclusion, but this new Wenger led team barely resembles that team
of ore... whereas in times past we relished a few words from our seemingly cerebral
manager, in recent times those words have been replaced by a myriad
of excuses, a plethora
of infuriating stories about who he could have signed but didn't and what can only be construed as outright fabrications... it's kind
of funny that when we want some answers, like during the whole contract debacle
of last season, we can't get an intelligent word out
of him, but when we just what him to show his managerial acumen through his actions, we can't seem to get him to shut - up... I beg you to prove me wrong Arsene
The problem
of Iwobi, Bellerin may be Arsene pattern
of football... let us be patient for a new
manager before we
make final decision on our young players...
I didn't plan on ranting but I'm sick
of the way some fans treat the players that you (no one is forcing you) pay the highest ticket prices in Europe to go watch, and the
manager that
made our beautiful
football an international brand.
After Arsenal proved the majority
of the
football world wrong by bouncing back from a horrible run
of results and loss
of form to beat Pep Guardiola's Manchester City to claim a place in the Wembley FA cup final and the chance to
make both the club and our
manager Arsene Wenger the most successful in the competition's long and illustrious history, Aaron Ramsey was reported by Sky Sports calling for the players to win it for the under pressure Frenchman.
